SAFETY FIRST, LAST, ALWAYS.

Lone Star's safety training center is a state of the art indoor training facility that provides comprehensive training to our employees. Training employees in-house is not cheap, but doing the right thing is never cheap. Training in-house allows us the opportunity to individualize learning paths, instill branding into our courses and communicate to our employees that we believe investing in their education and development is a priority.

Training in house allows us to customize our training to include our own internal policies, procedures and best practices as well as the local, state and national training requirements. We can fit our training around the employee and our clients schedule and minimizing downtime as well as encourage greater team work, awareness and understanding of each other's role when we have a room full of employees who work together.

Below are the minimum requirements for our employees to be trained on prior to going to work at Lone Star. Our management and Supervisors are recognized by the color of hard hat (red) and by the color of vehicle they drive (red). They require the following Employee Training as well as the Management and Supervisor Training,
